The Sorting Screen

The screen presents a list of parameters by which objects in the current folder can be sorted:

Sorting Options

• Natural — order is determined by the file system, without additional sorting.
• Name — sorting by object names.
• Name (case-insensitive) — sorting by name, without considering character case.
• Numeric Name — sorting by name, taking into account numeric sequences in the title (e.g., file2 will come before file10).
• Last Modification — sorting by the date of last modification of the file or folder.
• Size — sorting by object size (files are sorted by volume, folders may have zero size).

Sort Order

• Ascending — objects are sorted from smaller to larger (e.g., from A to Z, from earlier date to later).
• Descending — objects are sorted from larger to smaller (e.g., from Z to A, from newer date to older).
