The Video Player Screen

The screen is designed for playing video files with playback control capabilities.


Main Screen Area displays the current video file.
By default, the interface is hidden and appears when touching the screen.
The interface also automatically hides after several seconds of inactivity.


Upper Part of the Screen

  • left — displays the current file name;
  • right — Full Screen / Exit Full Screen icon — toggles the display mode between full screen and dialog.

Central Part of the Screen

  • player control elements:
  • Previous File — goes to the previous video file;
  • Rewind — rewinds the video by 5 seconds;
  • Play / Pause — starts or pauses playback;
  • Fast Forward — fast forwards the video by 15 seconds;
  • Next File — goes to the next video file.

Switching between video files is also possible with left and right swipes.


Lower Part of the Screen

  • Playback Progress Slider — displays the current position and allows navigation through the video;
  • below the slider:
  • left — current playback time and total duration of the video file;
  • right — icons for additional actions:
    • Open in New Window — opens the player in a separate tab of the system task switcher;
    • Auto-play — enables automatic transition to the next video file;
    • Repeat — enables or disables repetition of the current video;
    • Gear (Settings) — when pressed, displays a popup menu with parameters:
    • Playback Speed — when selected, opens a list of available speeds from 0.25x to 2.0x with 0.25 step;
    • Source — opens a list of available audio tracks for selection.
