Opening an Encrypted Memory Card or USB Drive

  1. Connect the encrypted memory card or USB drive to your Android device.
  2. In the Local storage list, locate and tap the memory card (or drive) entry.
  3. Tap OK to grant EDS access to the memory card.
  4. A list of memory card partitions will appear — select the encrypted partition.
  5. Choose Add existing container.
  6. Select the appropriate container type.
  7. Tap OK in the bottom-right corner.
  8. Uncheck the option Forget the storage on exit.
  9. (Optional) Adjust the container name and other parameters if needed.
  10. Tap OK again to confirm.

Opening the Container

  1. Tap the encrypted container.
  2. Enter your password to unlock it.

Closing the Container

  1. Open the menu by tapping the icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Press the lock icon next to the encrypted container to close it.
