The PDF Viewer Screen

The screen is designed for viewing PDF documents.


Upper Control Panel contains:

  • left — "Back" icon, "PDF Viewer" header and the current file name;
  • right — action icons:
  • Copy — appears when text is selected; when pressed, copies the selected text to the clipboard;
  • Open in New Window — opens the current file in a separate tab of the system task switcher;
  • More Options — calls a dropdown menu with additional actions.
    • On screens with normal size, available through the dropdown menu;
    • On screens with large size, menu items are displayed next to the main icons.

Additional Menu includes:

  • Search — displays a search bar with a text field and navigation buttons:
  • left arrow — go to previous match;
  • right arrow — go to next match;
  • cross — close the search bar.

Main Screen Area displays the contents of the current PDF file.
The current page number is displayed on the right.
Page navigation is done with swipes. To zoom in, double-tap the page or use the pinch-out gesture. To return to the original scale, double-tap the page again.
