The Form Structure Editor Screen

The screen is designed for creating and editing form structure: configuring the set of fields, their order, and types.


Upper Control Panel contains:

  • left — "Back" icon and Form Structure Editor header;
  • right — action icon:
  • Open in New Window — opens the editor in a separate tab of the system task switcher.

Main Part of the Screen

In the center, the editable form structure is displayed, including:

  • form name;
  • description;
  • list of fields.

Each field includes:

  • field name;
  • field type:
  • text (string);
  • text (paragraph);
  • number;
  • date;
  • time;
  • image;
  • password;
  • payment card.

In the right part of each field is a "Cross" icon, pressing which removes the field.
Fields can be dragged by holding to change their order.


Lower Part of the Screen

  • Floating "Plus" icon — adds a new field;
  • Floating "Checkmark" icon — saves changes and confirms the form structure.

Behavior When Exiting with Unsaved Changes

A dialog is displayed:

"The form has been changed, save changes?"

Available options:

  • Yes — save changes and exit;
  • No — exit without saving.
