The Form Code screen

This screen is designed for managing codes that, when entered, launch automatic creation of a new form based on a specified template and save it to the specified target folder.

Main code list

Each code includes the following elements:

  • Name — the code name.

  • Code — the value that needs to be entered for activation. To the right of the field is an "eye" icon, which allows you to temporarily display the entered code (in normal state the code is hidden with dots).

  • Path to template file — path to a pre-created form template, based on which the new file will be created.
    On the right — folder icon, clicking opens File Selection.

  • Path to forms folder — path where the created form will be saved.
    On the right — folder icon, clicking opens Folder Selection.

Control buttons (at the bottom of the screen)

  • OK — adds the code to the list;
  • Cancel — cancels creation and returns to the previous screen.
